12Voip is a telephony client which allows you to make high-quality voice calls all over the world. It allows you to get in touch with your friends, relatives and colleagues wherever they are.
The installation process of 12Voip doesn't require any advanced PC knowledge, therefore it can be performed even by newbies. Once you installed it on your computer, you will be asked to create a personal account. The creation of this account is mandatory for using 12Voip.

To establish your call quality rating, 12Voip offers a built-in bandwidth tester. You have the possibility to skip it, however it is highly recommended to take it. After the test is completed, you will be notified about the overall quality rating. If the quality rate is lower than the recommended one, users will be redirected to a browser window which shows them how they can increase the quality of calls.

Another important feature offered by 12Voip is that it helps you to configure your audio devices. The configuration wizard will check your microphone and speakers or headset to make sure that they are working properly.

12Voip offers a friendly graphical user interface which consists of intuitive buttons and menus placed adequately on the window of the program.
